OPEN/CLOSED CAPTIONING AND ASSISTIVE DEVICES

We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy film.  That is why we offer weekly screenings of most of our films with open captions. Just look for "OCAP" next to the time of screenings on our website.  Not only do they make movies accessible to those who are deaf or hard-of-hearing, they also help others who struggle to understand speakers. Non-native speakers might also use open captions to keep up with the speed and nuance of spoken dialogue. No matter who is watching, open captions often provide extra context and help enrich the story for all viewers.

We also have assistive listening equipment and closed captioning readers that our patrons can use with most films.  Just request one when you check in for your film.

If you have any other ideas for making our theater inclusive for all, please let us know!
